This is a gorgeous, classic dark Navy blue cashmere + wool pea coat from Daniel Hechter Paris. I purchased this in 1978 from the old Joseph Magnin in Los Angeles, and though worn very little, I always kept good care of it. The condition is beyond perfect for a 45-year-old garment. The coat is 40% cashmere and 40% wool, with 2 large lined patch pockets and a lined breast pocket. Made in France. Size Euro 38, and for reference, I'm a women, 5'8", 135lbs, and it fits me like a glove. Sleeve length : 24 1/4", Length (from neck to hem) : 33 1/2", Chest (measured buttoned and flat) : 20", Bottom width (at hem) : 20". I have gone over this piece carefully looking for any moth damage and can find none. It's being sold as is.
