@cchanahh Hi!! Honestly, I would say to just check the measurements against yours - this dress is so flowy and I think meant to appear oversized. There are ties that can be loosed or let out a bit - 2 just under the breast and 2 in the hip area. But the waist is no stretch and not adjustable. The waist is 17in. I’ll update the listing. I can also send more pics of what I’m talking about if interested.
