VTG Diane Freis Silk Duster Coat Dress Robe Balloon Sleeve Green 80s Maximalist

Completely bonkers vintage Diane Freis duster coat-dress featuring balloon sleeves and storm flap in back! 100% silk. Made in Hong Kong. Emerald green with fuchsia, black and turquoise maximalist print on a luxurious, liquid-feeling silk charmeuse. 3/4 length puff sleeves. Big shoulder pads. Shawl collar. Three-button front. The front is cut low and slit high so I'm not sure if it can be worn on its own without something underneath. I think it is meant to be worn like a duster, and the storm flap is a cheeky nod to that aesthetic. This would look good over a black bodycon slip dress. Two stains on button placket, circled in photos. Cuff elastic is aged; it has loosened up but still has some stretch. About one inch of hemline has broken stitches. No holes, minimal fabric wear. No odor, but does need to be cleaned.
