Whimsical toddler dress washed and worn maybe 2 times at most! Unknown brand, may have come from Etsy. Has swans, stars, and turtles as print. Light sage green background with soft pink accents on pocket and tie shoulders. Cotton fabric (I believe) feels cool and light!
