Reposhing this item I purchased from @new_by_felicity. Purchased NWT, never worn and still has tags. I fell in love with this when I saw someone else wearing it but just haven’t had the right event to wear it too and it deserves to be worn! It is stunningly beautiful, from the print to the ruffle skirt and beaded tassels.
