@siann2186 To me, it does run small, but you can see the measurements in my posting: chest: 34" (that is the measurement around your back, up to the front of your bust, in a circle). You can check your own chest measurement and compare it. You won't want the jacket to fit too tightly anyway. You'll want room to move your arms freely and wear a top underneath. Length (top to bottom, is 24". I hope this helps you.
