This is a top that you can't RESIST pulling out of a rack of clothes, going: "oooooooh, this is SO PRETTY!!!" It is eye-catching, soft to the touch, and the PERFECT shade of pink! It is pink velvet, machine wash tumble dry. It has a square neckline, and I think it can be worn off-shoulder or just wide on the shoulders. The sleeves are slightly puffy with elastic at the cuffs.
