Girls Gingham Dress Tiered style with ruffle sleeves We purchased in Mexico City at a small boutique My daughter wore a 10/12 No tags on this for number or fabric - it’s a soft cotton blend I’d guess One small flaw - one ruffle is slightly loose on the smallest place - we never noticed this until taking these photos.
