Breezy, beautifully made blouse and skirt set by Louis Ferard. Made in West Germany of 100% sheer cotton voile. Top has a flattering peplum waist, dolman sleeves and buttons of the front. Pleated skirt has an elastic waist and hits mid-calf. Slight yellowing on the waistband that I have not tried to clean, see photos. Women’s size 8.

@occasusaurora lying flat the waist measures 14”, so 28” diameter. It’s an elastic band, so there’s some give.
