You can wear it to a wedding, on the casual, or to any summer event. It has a v neckline and a tasseled tie on the back of the neckline. The sleeves are 3/4 flowy sleeves.  The fabric has the most beautiful and eyecatching floral print. It is lined (and a bit padded around the bust) in the top portion. The bottom portion is not lined.
