oliverandeva @erbutz hi, there’s a normal sign of wear on the fabric as this is a preowned item but no hole or tear. Flat Measurements: Pit to pit: 17 inches Shoulder to bottom hem: 25 inches Arm length - Shoulder to arm hem: 25 inches Arm pit to arm hem: 20 inches
