Blue Silk Dress, Size 4, Nine West

The colour of this dress is stunning! It’s made of 100% silk, including the lining. It’s in excellent condition because I never got to wear it. It features a gathered bodice, a halter-like neckline with tiny straps that criss cross in the back. It has an empire waist and closes with an invisible side zip. There is a ruffle/tier at the bottom of the knee length skirt which is very flattering. There is absolutely no stretch so please check the measurements to ensure a proper fit.
