Cable-knit taupe sweater from Japanese brand

Really cute 100% cotton cable knit sweater I bought in Japan. It's a nice fine knit that drapes really well. Would be great for spring or early fall. It's listed as "F" size (a lot of Japanese brands still feel the unfortunate need to make "free/one-size" clothing) but I'd say is closest to a women's M/L (see measurements below).
