Charming Green and Yellow Tutu Dress Handmade

This gorgeous kids' dress features a soft green bodice with a fluffy tutu dress, accented by yellow and white tulle on the green tulle. Perfect for special occasions. Has a green accent Gerber's Daisy flower. has a princess Tiana vibe. Approximately 17.5" from top of bodice to bottom of skirt. Approximately a size 18m. This item is handmade, and is new and unused, but has no tags. Though the bodice and tulle skirt materials are prone to developing pulls, I do not see any present on this piece. Comes from a pet friendly home.
