Charming Peacock Tutu Dress Handmade

This gorgeous kids' dress features a soft blue bodice with a fluffy tutu skirt in blues and green, accented by felt peacock feathers. Perfect for special occasions. Has green tulle arm straps. Approximately 17" from top of bodice to bottom of skirt. Approximately a size 12m. This item is handmade, and is new and unused, but has no tags. Though the bodice and tulle skirt materials are prone to developing pulls, I do not see any present on this piece. Comes from a pet friendly home.
