Express Skater Style Party Dress

Black with raised gold studs and in perfect condition. Sheer panel on decolletage and cute keyhole cutout with gold stud button closure. It has a hidden zipper along the side seam. Worn once for NYE (2015 or 2016) and has been safely stored since. I love this dress so it's really difficult to let it go but, truthfully, don't see myself being able to fit into it again. Purchased in USD at the time.
