RACHEL Rachel Roy Sleeveless Flowy Blouse

A cute flowy blouse with a black, grey, and white abstract floral pattern. It's nice and cool for the summer months but also cute with a sweater and boots in the fall and winter. I just don't wear it enough. There is a stain on the front pictured above but really isn't noticeable but for up close. The price reflects the mar. Labeled small but could fit a number of sizes.
