Floral cropped shirt with open bell sleeves

It pains me to post this item, but it has been in my closet forever! I've taken the tags off to encourage myself to wear it, but I just don't think it suits me. It is a cream shirt with a floral pattern. The sleeves are ruffled bell sleeve shaped but are actually open and airy (pic 2). Love the look on the hanger. Hate the look on me. I bought the shirt with a lot of lose threads (pic 4). I haven't pulled or cut any of them nor have I tied them off. From a smoke-free, pet-friendly household.
