Gorgeous brocade cincher corset from Isabella Corsetry

Rehoming this lovely black brocade cincher/waspie-length underbust corset from Isabella Corsetry, a small business based in New Orleans. Fully steel-boned and beautifully curvy and sturdy, this is the real thing, not one of those cheap tube-shaped "corsets" commonly found in costume stores and on Amazon! I own multiple corsets from Isabella, and I can say that they are one of the best corset makers out there today. I feel guilty listing such a gorgeously-made piece, but the brocade material isn't my thing and unfortunately I've just never reached for it among the numerous corsets in my collection. A must-need staple for any gothic, steampunk, or Victorian-inspired wardrobe, and perfect for burlesque, cosplay, ren faire outfits, drag, or shapewear purposes. Condition: excellent and like-new--I've only ever worn this briefly a couple of times to try on. Size: fits about a S, waist measures 24" laced fully closed, which is most suitable for someone with a 27-29" natural waist. Best for a 28-31" underbust and 33-35" upper hips. Centre front measures just over 10". Fibre content: not stated on the tags, the brocade fabric is probably polyester and the inner fabric feels like a heavyweight cotton twill. Care instructions: Dry clean only. If you're buying a corset for the first time, please be aware to *never* put a corset in the washing machine! Always wear a layer between your skin and the corset.
