beautiful dress! super well made. unfortunately just a bit too small in the hips for me. i would say better for someone who wears a 6 or an 8. (not sure what size 11 correlates to in modern sizing but seems like more of a medium!) has a halter neck and cowl neckline. not adjustable but flattering fit. measures about 16” at the waist and 19.5 across hips. high low cut.
