Perfect vintage 90s / Y2K bias cut cowl neck midi dress with asymmetrical hem. Black with velvet flowers and beads. Silk blend. Size 10, I think it can fit 6-8 as well given the slip style fit and the cowl neckline. Pit to pit 18”, waist 30”, hips 40”, length approx 38” measured at the middle front (midi length) In excellent condition.
