Joie Cut-Out Sleeves Silk Blouse Floral Print

Excellent condition Joie 100% silk blouse, open shoulders and split sleeves with elasticized cuffs, cute bows attached at shoulders, and the only connection point at the sleeves above the elbow, straight bodice, straight hem. I purchased this blouse before the pandemic at Saks Fifth Avenue store. Since then I grue so much that I can't even put the blouse on, so I just put on the sleeve to show the style. Measuraments taken flat (material is not stretchy): pit to pit 20 1/4", waist 21 3/4', width across the hem 23.5", length from the highest shoulder point to hem 24".
