Kawaii Japanese fashion Pastel Mermaid Dress

A really cute girly dress in the Japanese Harajuku style fashion. The skirt is quite short, above the knee. Great summer style. White sheer fabric on top of a kawaii pastel print fabric with mermaids and sea shells. Lined. Tag says size M, but it looks like an XS in North American sizes. FLAT MEASURES: waist 14.5", bust 15". So it should fit like a size 0 or 2.
