Y2K pink fuzzy vest from Japan M

I got this in Japan 2016, from a 2nd hand market. cute fuzzy zip up vest. Outer fabric is a fuzzy pink, inside lined with a silky pink fabric. it has knit ribbed fabric around arm holes and bottom. plastic pink zipper. has pockets. I can't find any tags or markings for a brand or size. I believe it is around a medium size.
