Lewis Creek Men's black Corduroy pants New top quality 36 waist but runs smaller

I bought a bunch of Lewis Creek stuff years ago. They were a high end men's clothing brand, somewhat similar to LL Bean and Land's End, but probably a notch higher quality. Well-made, heavy corduroy. I never got around to wearing these, so letting them go. Brand new, still with tags. Single pleat but almost unnoticeable; very understated pleat. Unfinished inseam, so you can have them tailored to your exact needs. These are new, but has very minor wear due to being folded. (This may be rectified in the cleaning process.) Not perfect condition, but pretty near. They are deep black; first photo is not true to color. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE RUN SMALL, so in the range of 34-35 waist. Can be worn as a casual style, but dressy enough for other occasions. Very hard to find item.
