I think it is true to size. Great poof with the stiff tulle on each side and fully lined. I think this is called a basque waist? Zips up in the center of the back. Zipper works great. I would keep it as it’s very charming but I am downsizing. Measurements approximate flat lay: pit to pit 17 inches, waist 13 inches, length pit seam to hem about 42 inches. Midi to maxi length on most people. Condition: Never worn. New with tags. There are some small white threads on the underside when I inspected but this does NOT affect wear. I just thought I’d mention it just in case (see last photo with the tulle).
