Maurices rose pattern dress

Faux leather piping / seam accents. Worn a handful of times. Super comfy, has a bit of stretch to it. Pair this with some black tights, black booties, black hat... Perfection. 18" pit-to-pit 14" waist A-line skirt to accomodate pretty much any hip measurement. but it's 23" at the location shown in the photo. lmk if you'd like any additional measurements. the accented piping is coming away in some locations, and there are also a couple small marks on the dress, all pointed out in the photos. reflected in the price.
