anisheee_k @cutepatoot hi! I do have one question. There’s an item I want to buy but I noticed the seller hasn’t been active or responding to comments since like March. How do I know if the item is still safe to buy ?

cutepatoot @anisheee_k if the item hasn’t been marked as sold you can make an offer or purchase. If the seller doesn’t ship your item in a few days Posh will issue a refund. Poshmark provides the seller with the shipping label so they’ll know if they ship based on tracking info. Having that said, if the user hasn’t been active there’s a good chance they no longer use the app. I’d recommend searching for a comparable item from an active seller. I’d hate for your first Posh purchase to be a letdown!
