lyssamk513 @m6845 I am very confused and discouraged to hear this. Did you file with Postmark about this issue? That way you may receive your refund officially through the site? Again I'm so sorry your purchase isnt working. I will absolutely refund your money. as soon as the website lets me know what I need to do to make this happen. Thank you for letting me know. And again I'm very sorry about this.

m6845 @lyssamk513 yes I contacted them and they said I'd have to ship it back but I don't have a printer to print the label.the spring was messed up but I fixed that.also the battery it came with doesn't even charge at all.

I know I packed it well enough too so.. all I can do is apologize and agree to send you something through my PPA account if you have something I can send money too. thank you for not being rude and inappropriate with me about this. its truly an honest mistake and I will gladly refund you.
