Hi Caitlin,
I am sorry to send you a message here, I didn’t know where else to contact you. I drop your item at the post office yesterday and they contacted me an hour ago. They refuse to send the box because it’s exceeding a bit the postage 😕 I sent a message to posh saying I need more postage. It’s the first time I experience this. I am really sorry, I am waiting for their response. I want to send it back tomorrow absolutely. I feel really bad. Julie
