Hi Edith. I went to mail your package a few days ago and Canada post is experiencing issues with a new scanning system and is unable to scan pre paid packages nationwide. I’m going to try again on Monday as they are hoping the issue will be resolved by then. I usually hit the ship button as I am standing in line and meant to reach out yesterday. I just tried again as I have a few packages to mail. My apologies.
