vintagegirljan @elmaguingerly I see that you received the fitbit and said it doesn't work. Since the shipping took so long it is likely out of battery, so charge it up and give it another try. It was in good working order. I also forgot to include the extra straps-I'm so sorry. I have your address and will send them over with a little gift to apologize for the oversight.
