@jen4225 Congratulations!! 🙌🏽😃 1st thing I do is thank the customer for their purchase. 2nd thing I do is print the shipping label which Poshmark will have automatically emailed you. I find mine in the Updates folder. 3rd, package my order and stick the shipping label on it. 4th, I like to drop my orders off in person at my local post office and get a tracking receipt. You don't have to tho. You can just drop it off in a Canada Post mailbox.

@gensmiley sorry to bother you but I just tried to process the transaction and it’s a mess. Any suggestions? The cards I provided are not good apparently

@jen4225 I'm confused now. 🤔 First I thought someone paid for an item you posted - meaning you just made your first sale. But now it sounds like you're trying to buy your first item from another seller. Can you please clarify?

@gensmiley sorry, I posted an item and someone purchased it. I have been trying to process it so that I can send the buyer the item. I have been trying to fill the form and details so that the payment comes to me. But it hasn’t been working and all the cards I provide are not valid.
