sheenamcconnell Hi Jill. I’m really sorry to hear you had a negative experience with purchasing the Roots boots for me. I would never intentionally sell something anyone would deem unwearable. I have a narrow foot and wear 6.5 and could have conceivably worn these for many more years so I felt confident selling these. Again, I’m sorry.

jilliburger @sheenamcconnell the leather on the left foot calf area was 1.6 inches stretched out compared to the right. Drooped down heavily. Sucks.
