Hi Katy, I just wanted to let you know I am inquiring about your delayed shipment. It has been in Ontario since June 1. I have another package sent to the same area and it is also delayed. I think it has to do with Canada post in your area. I'll do my best to get this situation rectified as soon as possible. I am so sorry for the delay. I dropped off your package on May 28.

Hey there just wanted to check in with you as I got an email stating I hadn’t shipped your package. But I had it sent out in the mail Saturday so not sure what the holdup is on the shipment scan, but I imagine Canada post is still playing catch up a bit. Just wanted you to know that it was and is on its way to you!
