purple_syd Hi Kimberly thank you for your order of the mukluks. I just wanted to do do my due diligence in expressing that these are water damaged. They will look exactly As they are in the picture - even after cleaning they will have dirt marks. The feet are very stiff because of the water so use a hairdryer to warm them and a foot insert if you have one :). I just wanted to make sure you are okay with the condition of them. Otherwise they are beautiful!

krollinmud @purple_syd oh wow, are they smelly because of the water damage? Well I’m hoping they are not in too terrible shape. I guess I’ll have to properly inspect when I receive them, and I’m able to send back if I’m not satisfied? I’m new to this site, but according to the email I received, I’m able to send back and get a refund. Hopefully they are not too bad. I appreciate you reaching out.

purple_syd @krollinmud no they are not smelly at all, they have been professionally cleaned. Yes you can however it would give me a horrible rating and Im on the road to be a posh ambassador so that would be really hard to overcome. I’m hoping to avoid that.
