michellelianne Hi! You recently purchased a Joe Fresh swimsuit/Angora Cardigan from me. I packaged and brought the items to the post office to send out a few days ago, I hear it hasn't been scanned yet. I'm not sure why it hasn't been item scanned, however I do know I sent it out. The only thing I can think of is that here in B.C. we have shopping delays due to adverse weather, so maybe that is contributing to the delay. Apologies and I'm crossing my fingers things get sorted soon!
