Hi, Linda here, my sister sent pic of naots + they are fixable, it's the replaceable heel cap, I will take to cobblers today. we have some options + I put "not for sale" on your choices until I hear.
1) we cancel order
2) change order to 2 items
3) I accept yr order +mail the 2 items while fixing naots
4) mail 3 items+send$ 4 U to fix
5) u trade naots for another pair
6) I fix naots+ rebundle
