@thelondonskye same here! They were set to be a birthday gift which is what makes it that much more frustrating. She accepted my offer last week, sat on shipping them and then cancels my order today. Same reason too - seller changed their mind :(

I wonder now if she had plans to ever send them in the first place not realizing that PM holds the funds until accepted or if she genuinely changed her mind without taking the time to msg us. I’m still a little shocked that someone would do that!

@analog_mk416 Yes I completely agree - feels off. It’s silly that PM will allow a cancellation based on a seller changing their mind—it should be binding. PM wouldn’t allow a purchaser to return based on the same reason I believe.
Best wishes to you on finding a replacement birthday gift, and hope this doesn’t happen to us again or another unsuspecting buyer!

@thelondonskye just a quick update - I’ve sent her a couple of messages asking her to explain what happened and she hasn’t responded. In fact, she hasn’t signed back in since. I’m going to go ahead and report her account to Posh on the principle of it all. As you can tell I’m still fuming lol

@thelondonskye hello just another update. I was at the post office and she told me your package went out on the truck yesterday afternoon. Apparently they have been experiencing "computer glitches". She said once it arrives in Halifax and is scanned again it should start properly tracking. I had mailed your package with 2 other Poshmark orders and they scanned and tracked without issues. Sorry for all the nonsense 😔
