I have contacted customer support for posh Mark and I asked them to please help us out here and trying to figure out exactly where your package is. On my end it says that it’s shipped. So sorry ! Once the package leaves my hands and goes through the postal system there’s nothing that I can do about it. I’m so sorry for all this!

However, i get confused it says that its on it way to be deliverd and then it says verifying the address and den went back ( ship back to the sender). I was even wondering they did not left me a card from canada post which indicate i missed my package.. i was just wondering why it will be back to the sender. Thanx

My end says that it has been shipped and you should have received a note on your door/ apartment stating that you are able to pick it up from your local Canada post.
