They’re getting up there a bit, the littlest one turned 13 in January and the bigger one is going to be 11 in July! Mama feels old having a teenager in the house! Ha. I have been suffering with frozen shoulder since a couple weeks before Christmas but have had two cortisone injections and it seems to be improving! I’m doing some physio at home and my range of motion is increasing. If it’s not one thing it’s another!! 😊Hope you are well and happy my dear friend! 🥰❤️🌼
