findings51 I’m confused. Why deduct one star and say ‘Nice Thank You’ and say you deducted for ship time item cleanliness and responsiveness. These are all hits against me and I’m not sure I understand. I always ship within my allotted time, I know the boots were clean and I respond to all questions as soon as possible.
