I’m confused. Why deduct one star and say ‘Nice Thank You’ and say you deducted for ship time item cleanliness and responsiveness. These are all hits against me and I’m not sure I understand. I always ship within my allotted time, I know the boots were clean and I respond to all questions as soon as possible. Please let me know what the problem was. Thanks so much. Jo
