valeriemndo Hi, I’m sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied with your purchase (All agave set). I always like to use pictures from different sites to give a general idea of the product (if I can find one); however I usually post a picture of the actual item at the end so buyers can be aware. I also like to be very thorough with my description, which is why I listed the grams. I also provided you the ounces as you requested, hence I feel that it’s a bit unfair that you only provided 2 stars... ☹️

konmarimethod Is it the app you're using to track the shipment? I've reported this app issue (about not showing the tracking update) because I don't want you to worry that it hasn't been shipped. I do see the estimate arrival date (Nov 13) and hope it arrives earlier for you. I took a screen shot of the Canada Post site showing tracking and can post it here if it helps. Let me know. However, I won't post it until you say ok out of concern for privacy since the tracking number identifies specific locations.
