I understand you were disappointed that it didn’t fit and I also appreciate you recognizing that that was not my fault as I did post the right size and pictures. I would be grateful if you were willing to adjust the star rating or even remove it, so it doesn’t pull down my posh ambassador status, or my overall ratings.
