schaible Hi, I had accepted your offer back to me for the $49.00 plus $4.99 for your painted ariat boots. I didn’t realize I had been charged the whole original fee. I’m not sure what happened. I have been having horrible problems with my phone the last couple days.Is their anyway to credit my account the difference. Please let me know.

tipsyartist @schaible oh goodness; I have no idea. I am fairly new to Poshmark. I do know that when working with platforms like this, the protocol and handling of money is all in their world. You will need to contact customer service. I look forward to learning more.

schaible @tipsyartist I’m so sorry about the inconvenience. I’m not sure what happened. I’ve been with Poshmark for sometime now and this is the first time this has occurred. I have already contacted them and they stated they would get back to me within 24 hrs. As soon as I hear back from them I will contact you immediately. schaible @tipsyartist Hi, unfortunately Poshmark has failed to contact me back as they had stated. The easiest way to resolve this would be for you to accept the$87 I paid and when you send the boots you can just send me $20 in the box with the boots and I would be ok with that. Let me know if that works for you. So sorry once again for all of this. If you agree to this... I will send them another message saying it’s been resolved. Thanks🌼

schaible Tiffany, I just got a message from Poshmark about the boots. They stated you would need to cancel the whole listing and do not accept previous purchase and make boots available again and send me ...once again... the discount to me for $49 for the boots and $4.99 for shipping and we can do the whole thing all over again or like I said earlier... I would be totally fine with you accepting the amount and just send $20 bill in with the boots by mail and that would be fine as well.
