@msposhsavvy For the Zara jacket, there are no Zara labels tags on the Jacket as seen in the photo, the 1inch rip on the lining is where the tag was missing as seen in photo, as well the post clearly states the jacket is in ‘pre-loved’-condition. The post on the Zara skirt clearly states the back slit of the skirt needs a few stitches as a few threads are loose. Please re-read post in detail.

@msposhsavvy As a seller I have identified each items on the post and as for buyers they have a responsibility to ask questions about items before purchasing. This is also suggest by Poshmark in the Support Section for sellers.

Asking questions and messaging seller directly on the item post comment section before pressing the ‘Buy Now’ button could avoid any misunderstanding about the items upon receiving by the seller.

This is the second negative review I have received from your purchases from my closet, so that you know out of 61 transactions with a consistent 5 star positive review from my sellers, including Poshmark Ambassadors
I find it odd to receive two back to back negative star review from the same seller without any direct communication first.

@msposhsavvy On your first purchase from my closet, I have explained about using recycled packaging as the shipping boxes to be environmentally conscious and green. After offering a shipping refund on my end since you were not satisfied with the shipping box which the item was shipped in, no communication was received.
I have been open in the communication between us however the choice to give me a second negative review was followed without any direct communication again.

@mrs_abundant how about you be honest about all the flaws on your clothing whenever you post them. I wouldn’t pay more than $8.99 at a thrift store for each the items you mailed to me. The coat is dirty. You clearly did not wash it. The tags are missing from two of the items and there is also a rip on the inside the jacket that you failed to mention. There is also a huge rip at the back of the faux leather skirt. I will never shop from your closet again!

If you abide by the Poshmark guidelines you will get better ratings. Honesty is always the best policy! Let people know about the flaws on your items ahead of time so that they won’t be disappointed!
