NWOT Small harness, very cute!

Bought this for an incoming rescue, very small dog, but her bobble head or maybe her big ears make getting it off her awkward. Good for a small doggo with a slender snout and head. Girth strap is adjustable, from about 12” to about 16”, but neck opening is fixed. Please check measurements! Bundle with anything for an even better deal 😁
