White ruffles at neckline, bib, cuffs. Back zipper closure. Silver toned ornate buttons and chest with faux pearls and crystals. Cropped sleeve. Labelled size XL but may fit up to Medium better(see measurements). Model is size Small. Approx 33in length, 16in shoulder seam to seam, 20in sleeve length, 21.5in pit to pit. Straight cut. 10.5in shoulder to pit(arm opening), 5in width of cuff opening. Trim 100%cotton. Velvet 100%polyester.
