Lace trim around ruffle. Fabric turned in at shoulders where arm opening is. Floral swirl pattern on fabric that is light coloured with sheen. Made by Sins. No material or size tags but seems like synthetic. Soft and with drape. Can be worn inside or outside(may need slip if wearing on its own). May fit small or medium(see measurements). Approx 54in length, 15.5in across shoulders from arm opening to opening, 10.5in width at waistband unstretched(20in fully stretched), 17in from shoulder to waistband
