This is a beautiful flowy dress for any occasion and since it is fully lined you will not need a slip. The waist is defined and the short sleeves are loose and flowy too. The pit to pit measurement is 21 inches and the length from shoulder to hem is about 46 inches. For me, this would fit as a midi dress. It is polyester so very easy care.
